What is the best way to lose weight without any side effects?

During the conversation, Raj Shamani asked what many people want to know: “What’s the best way to lose weight? The newest, fastest way with no side effects?”

Responding to this, Anant offered a reality check and emphasized that shortcuts rarely work. “If you talk about a method with no side effects and if it is done correctly, it is the only way to build muscle,” he said. “There is no other way. It is a slow method, but a fast method with no side effects is not a good method.”

He further explained that sustainable weight loss essentially requires effort, discipline and patience. ,Without going through pain or going through extreme emotional pain, there is no way,” Aggarwal said, adding that awareness and persistence are key. “You may lose weight temporarily, but how will you really get lean and healthy if you’re not building muscle?”

According to them, building muscle not only aids in fat loss but also ensures long-term metabolic health, making it the most effective and safest way to lose weight.
