Junior Engineer (Electrical): Requires full-time three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Assistant Manager (HR&A): Must be a graduate with full time two year MBA/MPM/MHRM or equivalent post graduate diploma in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
Assistant Manager (F&A): Must be a graduate with CA/CMA final qualification or full time two year MBA in Finance and Accounting.
Final year students can also apply but they must produce all mark sheets during document verification.

WBSEDCL Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The recruitment process involves a Computer-Based Test (CBT) consisting of objective type questions. As per the marking scheme, there is 0.33 negative marking for each wrong answer. Candidates who qualify the preliminary stage will be invited for the interview round. Those who succeed in the interview will be called for document verification round. Candidates who successfully pass all these stages will be considered for final appointment.
The official said, “Candidates are required to fill a bond of ₹ 3,00,000/- for the post of Assistant Manager (HR&A)/Assistant Manager (F&A) and ₹ 2,00,000/- for the post of Junior Engineer (Electrical) Grade-II at the time of joining the company and have to join the company for a minimum period of 4 years (one year probation plus 3 years of service) Will have to serve.” Information.
