If you are one of those who have decided to climb the health mountain in 2026, we have the perfect first step for you.

Now the start of the new year often begins with a quiet desire to reset — to eat lighter, feel cleaner, and return to habits that truly support overall well-being (even if that only lasts until the first weekend of the year).
But the truth is that after several weeks of fun, many of us are looking for a way to start over in a greener, more conscious way, without falling into extreme or complicated routines. This is where simple, nutritious choices make the biggest difference.
As far as green juices go, there are literally millions of options, in beautiful packages and straight from your blender. That being said, when done right, green juices provide a gentle detox that supports digestion, promotes hydration, and provides a concentrated dose of nutrients, all while feeling refreshed.
And Soha Ali Khan, who has always been health conscious, seems like the perfect person to emulate if health dominates your vision board for the year ahead. Instead of chasing quick fixes or drastic cleanses, this simple recipe focuses on mindful nutrition, giving your system what it needs to function better naturally.
