Endometriosis is a condition in which the tissue similar to the uterine lining grows out of the uterus, often pain, inflammation and in most cases, causes infertility. There is no specific cure through food, but health experts claim that symptoms can have an important role in eradication and healthy reproductive life in a good diet.

In an interview with HT lifestyle, Dr. Renu Raina Sehgal, Chairperson – Maternity and Gynecology Department in Artemis Hospitals, claimed that if you are trying to conceive and endometriosis, there are some foods that can increase your opportunities by reducing inflammation, and overall health.

1. Fruits and vegetables

High, fruits and vegetables in antioxidants fight oxidative stress and inflammation in the body, two of the biggest issues in endometriosis. Eat colored people like berries, spinach, keel, carrots and bell chili. These are high in vitamins such as A, C, and E and minerals that promote egg health.

2. Omega -3 rich foods

Fatty fish such as salmon, sardine and mackerel are rich in omega -3 fatty acids. These healthy fat contain anti -inflammatory compounds that can potentially reduce endometriosis pain and increase fertility. Walnuts and flaxseed are also sources of good plant.

3. Full grain

Whole grains such as quinoa, oats, brown rice and barley contain fiber, which not only controls the level of estrogen by eliminating additional hormones, but also ensures a regulated balance of hormones. It is essential for normal ovulation and better fertility.

4. Lean protein

Select plant -based protein sources such as pulses, beans and tofu, or lean meat proteins such as chicken and eggs. These help in muscle repair, hormone regulation and overall energy, which is most important when you are dealing with a chronic disease.

Dr. Renu Raina Sehgal advised, “Processed foods, sweets and red meat can cause inflammation and hormone imbalance, which can spoil the symptoms of endometriosis. Reducing them can help your body to heal naturally and increase reproduction by making internal environment healthy.”

Healthy food and fuel to your body can create a significant difference in the management of endometriosis and can increase breeding results.
