TNPSC Diploma, ITI Exam 2024 Postponed: Trade Surveyor (Subject Code 387) and Trade Draftsman (Civil) (Subject Code 388) papers have been postponed.
TNPSC Diploma, ITI Exam 2024 Postponed:Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has postponed the Diploma, ITI examinations for two subject papers, which were originally scheduled on November 13 and 14. Trade Surveyor (Subject Code 387) is scheduled for afternoon shift on 13th November and Trade Draftsman (Civil) (Subject Code 388) is scheduled for 13th November. The afternoon shift of November 14 has been postponed.
The new dates of these examinations will be announced later on the Commission’s website tnpsc.gov.in.

The Commission said that the decision to postpone these two papers has been taken in compliance with the orders of the Madras High Court in Writ Petition No. 26608/2024.
Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) and Computer Based Test (CBT) for Diploma/ITI level posts are being conducted between November 9 to 16.
The exam has two shifts – morning shift starts at 9.30 am and afternoon shift starts at 2.30 pm.
Reporting starts at 8:30 am for the morning shift and 1:30 pm for the afternoon shift. The relaxation time of reporting is 9 am for morning shift and 2 pm for afternoon shift.
Candidates have to be present inside the examination venue before the reporting time. No candidate is allowed to enter the examination venue after the relaxation time. They are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the end of the examination.
TNPSC Group 2 vacancies increased
Recently, the Commission has increased the number of vacancies to be filled through Group 2 Recruitment Examination.

The Commission has added 213 vacancies, taking the total number to 2,540. Candidates can check the official notification at tnpsc.gov.in.
