The entrance exam for admission to Daksh School of Nursing and Hospital will be held on June 30.
Students wishing to take admission in Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) program in Bihar’s reputed medical colleges will now have to first go through a written exam. Earlier, only government institutes used to conduct entrance exams for BSc Nursing course. Now a private institute in Siwan has also implemented the same criteria, only after which the candidate will be able to get admission.
Daksh School of Nursing and Hospital, Bihar has implemented this rule for the upcoming academic session. The last date to apply for BSc Nursing program at Daksh College, Siwan is June 26, while the entrance exam is scheduled to be held on June 30.
The college administration will conduct the entrance exam through Daksh Jet. Applications for the entrance exam can be made online or offline. Dr. Jitesh Kumar, Director of Daksh BSc Nursing College, said that such arrangements have been made to provide quality education in nursing. This will benefit the students in many ways.
He further informed that candidates can apply for the entrance exam online or offline by coming to City Office Popular Nursing Home, Gandhi Maidan, East of Siwan. He informed that the last date for application is 26 June and the exam will be held on 30 June. Also, those securing first, second and third positions will be given 20, 15 and 10 percent discount in tuition fees by the college administration.
Exam Pattern
The entrance exam will have 100 questions from Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge and English subjects. Candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes.
Recently, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) announced the AIIMS B.Sc Nursing Result 2024 for the upcoming August session on its official website aiimsexam.ac.in. This exam was conducted for all the candidates who are willing to pursue graduation in Nursing.
All the candidates who qualify the entrance exam are provisionally eligible for the mock round or first round of seat allotment.
To qualify for the AIIMS B.Sc Nursing course, candidates are required to pass the Class 12 examination with at least 50 per cent marks in physics, chemistry and biology.
