iPhone 18 Pro series may come with a major update next year. Know in detail about the transparent back panel, under-display front camera, A20 chipset and new color option.
What changes will happen in iPhone 18? Apple is preparing to bring many big updates with the iPhone 18 Pro series next year. The most important changes will be seen in its new camera system, but a recent leaked report has indicated that there may be a major change in the design in the premium 18 Pro series. According to the leak, transparent back panel can be seen in iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max. This means that users will be able to see the modules and components inside the device.
Notably, the iPhone 18 Pro Max is likely to use a steel-cased battery for the first time. With this new design, Apple is trying to do something new while maintaining the aesthetics of its premium device. No major changes are expected in the design of the camera island and it is believed that Apple will retain it till the iPhone 20 model (2027).
At the same time, Under-Display technology (HIAA) is expected to be used for front camera and Face ID. This means that the wide notch may be removed from the iPhone 18 Pro series. This may inspire other brands to adopt screen technology in their camera designs.
what’s new
The display size of iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max is expected to be almost the same and both these models can run on Apple’s new A20 chipset, which will be built on TSMC’s 2nm process. Apart from this, new color options like coffee and burgundy can be seen in the iPhone 18 Pro series, which is different from the blue and orange colors of last year’s 17 Pro model.
With this new design and technology update, Apple is trying to give its users not only better performance but also a premium and unique visual experience. iPhone 18 Pro series can prove to be a new milestone in Apple’s flagship smartphones.
