Officials said on Friday that the Delhi government has opened registration for the Common Entrance Test (CET-2025) under Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malvia Vidya Shakti Mission.
According to a circular issued by the Directorate of Education (DOE), entrance tests will be held in government schools in Delhi between October 12 and October 26.
The scheme will help students prepare for competitive entrance examination, including JEE (main/advanced), NEET, CLAT, CA Foundation and QET (UG), which is a circular.
Under the scheme, a total of 2,200 seats will be available in various courses. Of these, 50 seats JEE, NEET, CLAT and CA Foundation are reserved for girls in each of the examinations, it has been said.
CUET will have 1,000 seats, with 150 seats reserved for girls. Coaching will be provided through the Emphenald Institutions in Delhi, which will cover the course fee, study materials and testing letters.
Class 11 students JEE, NEET, CLAT and CA Foundation are eligible for preparation for admission, while people of class 12 in all sections can apply for CUET coaching, read this.
The registration will be open from September 11 to September 30.
Students can register for only one course and once registered is not allowed to change their course once registered. Admit cards will be available two days before the exam date.
The DOE will generate roll number and assign the examination centers five days before the scheduled examination. Selected students will be called for counseling sessions where they can choose their favorite coaching institute, it has been said.
