Nora Fatehi’s secret to staying fit
In a new post, Nora Fatehi revealed that she recently suffered an injury, which prompted her to take her workout routine seriously and be consistent in the gym. “Since my injury, I’ve been more consistent in the gym. It’s really important for me to work out seriously to fully recover. I work on my core strength, the strength of my legs, quads, glutes, pretty More focused. My whole body,” the actor said in the clip.
Wearing an all-black workout fit, Nora did several exercises in the video. It starts with the actor doing tricep cable rows, cardio on the elliptical trainer, leg presses, stair climbs and more full body exercises. To spice up the routine, she wore a black sports bra and cycling shorts. She tied her hair in a half-up hairdo and opted for a no-makeup makeup look.

Nora was recently seen in Karan Aujla’s hit music video Aaye Haaye. She was also a part of Yo Yo Honey Singh’s music video Payal. She will next be seen in the film Be Happy. Directed by Remo D’Souza, the film also stars Abhishek Bachchan, Inayat Verma and Johnny Lever. It tells the story of the journey of a single father and his talented daughter who aspire to perform in the country’s biggest dance reality show. The film is expected to release in 2025.
