1. Kiwi

2. Yellow Dragon Fruit
Dr. Salhab’s second favorite is the yellow dragon fruit, which is “a little bit sweeter” than its pink version. He highlights, “You just cut it in half, and you get a natural bowl here that is biodegradable.”

4. Apple

“Pear is really underrated,” the therapist shared. They contain sorbitol, which, in addition to being a natural laxative, is a natural sugar alcohol.
If a child is struggling with constipation, Dr. Salhab recommends juice made by mixing pear and apple together.
