CUET PG 2024: National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the registration process for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) PG 2024 examination. Interested and eligible candidates can visit the official website i.e. pgcuet.samarth.ac.in
As per the official notification, the last date to submit the application form online is January 24 while the last date to pay the fee is January 25 till 11.50 pm. The notification also states that the correction window will open for three days i.e. January 27-January 29. CUET PG exam 2024 will be conducted from March 11 to March 28.
Eligibility and Qualification
According to NTA, there is no age limit for the candidates to appear for CUET (PG) 2024 examination. Candidates who have passed graduate degree/equivalent examination or appearing in 2024 regardless of their age can appear in CUET (PG) 2024 examination. However, candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria of the university in which they wish to take admission.
This year some major changes have been announced in terms of duration, fees and timing of the exam.
exam period
The duration of the exam for CUET PG 2024 exams has been changed from the earlier exam of 2 hours i.e. 120 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes i.e. 105 minutes. This year the examination will also be conducted in 3 shifts. According to the CUET PG information bulletin, the exams will be conducted in three shifts: 9 am to 10.45 am, 12.45 pm to 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm to 6.15 pm.
Reduction in the number of questions to be answered
In the computer-based examination, candidates will now have to answer 75 multiple choice questions (MCQs) instead of 100 questions earlier.
NTA increased fees
NTA has increased the fees for CUET-PG application form. Rs.200 for all categories. In a statement, the Students Federation of India (SFI) has alleged that the NTA has increased the fee for CUET-PG application form ‘due to paucity of funds’ and this will particularly impact marginalized communities and backward areas. The current fees for two test papers for general category students is For OBC-NCL/Gen-EWS it is Rs 1,200 Fee for SC/ST/Third Gender is Rs 1000 900 and is for PwBD 800.

-Click on CUET PG 2024 link available on the home page.
-Complete the registration by filling the required details.
-After this fill the application form and pay the application fee.
-Once done, click on submit.
-Your application has been submitted.
