While talking to the team of Local 18, Arjun Vajpayee told that he climbed the first mountain in his life at the age of 14. After this, he conquered Mount Everest at the age of 16. Arjun is the youngest person in the whole world to climb 7 mountain peaks 8000 meters high. Arjun told that there are about 14 peaks of more than 8000 height in the world. Of these, till date he has climbed 7 and is going to climb 2 more in the next few months. But he said that the next goal is to climb these 14 peaks in a few years.

Regarding Mount Kailash, Arjun told that everyone has faith in Mount Kailash. Therefore till date the government has not given permission to anyone to climb it. Because of this, no one has been able to climb this peak till date. Climbing Mount Kailash is not that difficult, but there are some places which can create difficulties in climbing the mountain.

Arjun told that he had to face many difficulties while climbing the mountains. But twice he has seen death very close. Once when he was climbing a mountain, his entire body on one side stopped working. At the same time, for the second time he was declared dead and when he regained consciousness after a long time, everyone could not believe that he was alive.
