Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has unveiled the provisional answer keys for Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) Preliminary 2023. Candidates who participated in the examination can access and download the answer keys of General Studies Paper 1 and General Studies Paper 2. Official website apsc.nic.in.
The preliminary examination was conducted on March 18, 2024 in two shifts. GS Paper 1 was held from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, followed by Paper 2 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. After this, the Commission has made available the provisional answer key on its official website. Applicants can raise objections on the preliminary answer key by submitting supporting documents till March 23, 2024.
According to the Commission, “No claim for correction in the answer key will be considered if it is not supported by specific documents. Reference to any website or any unspecified document will not be considered. No petition through email or hard copy regarding claim and objection against the answer key will be entertained.

Step 1: Open the official website apsc.nic.in
Step 2: Click on CCE Prelims Answer Key 2023 link on the homepage.
Step 3: The answer key will be displayed on the new screen.
Step 4: Check accordingly and download the provisional answer key. Don’t forget to take a printout for future reference.
APSC CCE Prelims 2023 Answer Key: Selection Process
The main written examination consists of 6 papers. Paper 1 focuses on Essay Writing and carries 250 marks with a duration of 3 hours allotted to complete it. Papers 2 to 6 are devoted to General Studies, each worth 250 marks and of 3 hours each.
After successful completion of the written examination, candidates will proceed for the interview stage, which has a weightage of 275 marks.
