There is a shortage of soap and shampoo in Pakistan, people are getting upset for their favorite soap, shampoo and razor, but now their demand cannot be met. Know why?

Pakistan is once again going through a very strange crisis, there is a shortage of favorite shampoo-sabun and razor. This has not been going on for a couple of days but for several months, but now the shock is caused because the largest company and soap market’s biggest company Proctor & Gable has decided to cover its work from Pakistan. A day earlier, P&G has announced that it is closing its business in Pakistan.

There was a stir in Pakistan as P&G announced to be out of Pakistan, because many brands of shampoo soap, including Gillette Razor, Head and Shoulders, Pantin, Pampirs Diapers and Tide Detergent, belong to this company. In April 2025 itself, the company spoke of global restructuring, which included exiting the ‘challenging markets’, Pakistan is now in this list.
