What if we told you that with just 5 simple steps you can lose up to 3 centimeters of weight from your thighs?

Along the inside of your thigh, along the upper bridge, use your hands upward with gentle, but positive pressure. Repeat on the other side.

Then move your attention to the tops of your thighs and using your knuckles, this time with a little more force, make circular motions moving upward to your hip bone. Repeat on the other side.

After this, clean the area near your fingers and thumb in the same direction. Repeat on the other side.

Still focusing on the upper surface of your thighs, use your palms to make sharp motions directed towards the inner thigh with additional emphasis on your thumbs. Unlike the moves before it, the pace here is more deliberate than rapid. More force for this one than the other two moves. Repeat on the other side.

Now use your palms to direct force upward in a linear fashion, from the spot just above your knee on the thigh. Repeat on the other side.
5 moves, 15-20 times each. And if you keep doing this every day, you’re basically training your legs to drain lymph nodes better. And the bonus? Your feet also become extremely smooth and moisturized!
