The Ministry of Education, Atal Innovation Mission, in collaboration with NITI Aayog, has launched a nationwide innovation movement, Wikit Bharat Buildhan 2025 with the aim of confusing students from schools across the country. Buildon invites students to create classes from 6–12 classes, creative thinking and develop ideas and prototypes to solve real-life challenges.
Students will focus on four subjects of national importance:
Construction of Indo-Antimony of Atma Samar
Indigenous – promoting indigenous ideas and innovation
Vocal for local – promoting local products, crafts and resources
Prosperity
The official press release states, “Students, teachers and schools across the country are encouraged to participate in this movement wholeheartedly. It is not just a competition, but a platform to demonstrate the skills of solving creativity, innovation and problem at a national and global level.”
To inspire and identify students innovators, schools must present their entries in the form of photos and videos. A national panel of experts will evaluate submission, and top student teams will be awarded the award. In addition to recognition, these schools and students will receive corporate support, mentorship and ongoing support to develop their innovations. Students will achieve experienced learning formed with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Wikit Bharat Buildhatan 2025 Schedule:
23 September to 6 October, 2025: Registration opened
6 to 12 October, 2025: Preparation activities
October 13, 2025: Nationwide Live Buildon in all schools
14 to 31 October, 2025: To present entries by schools
November 2025: Endure Entries
December 2025: Announcement of top winners
The Ministry of Education said, “Wikiyet Bharat Buildon 2025 students have a clear call to have big dreams, fearless innovation, and contributes to India’s visit to India to become a developed nation by 2047. Every school and every student are left with their imprint as the newcomer of tomorrow, showing their talent, showing their talent and yesterday’s newcomers.”
