UGC NET Result 2023: National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to declare the UGC NET December 2023 exam result soon. Earlier the results were to be declared tomorrow. NTA said that due to technical reasons the result of UGC-NET December 2023 was not declared on January 17.
Once the results are out, candidates can check their UGC NET 2023 December exam scores on the official website i.e. ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The UGC NET December 2023 exam was conducted from December 6 to December 19 for 9,45,918 candidates in 83 subjects in 292 cities across the country.
Earlier on January 3, the provisional answer key of UGC NET December 2023 was released and the date for raising objection was January 5.
Here’s how to check UGC NET December 2023 result:
Step 1: Visit ugcnet.nta.nic.in or ntaresults.nic.in.
Step 2: Open the active link of ‘UGC NET 2023 December Result’ on the homepage.
Step 3: Login using your application number and date of birth.
Step 4: Click on Submit
Step 5: Your UGC NET 2023 December result will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download the result for future use.
Earlier, the results of December exam were scheduled to be declared on January 10, however, due to Cyclone Michong in Chennai and Andhra Pradesh, the exam was conducted again in the interest of the candidates, hence the new date of results was given.
UGC-NET is an examination to determine the eligibility of Indian citizens for ‘Assistant Professor’ and ‘Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor’ in Indian universities and colleges.
Meanwhile, from next week, the first session of JEE Main 2024 is scheduled to be held between January 24 and February 1. Admit card for the exam will be released 3 days before the actual date of exam.” After JEE Main exams are over, CBSE Class 12 exams are also scheduled to start from February 15 and end on April 2.
