(Bloomberg) – President Donald Trump said that he is “angry” in Russian President Vladimir Putin and consider “secondary tariff” on Russian oil if a ceasefire cannot be reached with Ukraine, NBC News said.
Trump said he was “very angry” about the recent comments by Putin, in which Volodimir Zelanceki, president of the sideline, Volodimir Zelanceki, NBC on Sunday described a phone interview with Trump.
Trump said, “I was angry about it. He told NBC that he was planning to talk to Putin this week.
Putin is testing Trump, to see how far he can go to Europe to reduce restrictions on Russia. Trump portrayed his danger as a bargaining tool against Putin.
“If Russia and I am unable to make a deal on stopping bloodshed in Ukraine, and if I think it was Russia’s fault – which could not happen – but if I think it was Russia’s fault, then I am going to put a secondary tariff on oil on all oils coming out of Russia,” he said.
“It would be that if you buy oil from Russia, you cannot trade in the United States. All oil will have 25% tariff on all oil, 25 to 50-point tariffs on all oils,” he said.
While Ukraine has stated that he would immediately inspect a ceasefire, Kremlin appeared to catch the White House of Guards that its participation was dependent on the removal of restrictions on Russian Agricultural Bank, or RSHB, and other financial institutions involved in foreign trade in food and fertilizers.
After three days of talks in Saudi Arabia last week, the US announced on Tuesday that Ukraine and Russia agreed to the Black Sea Trus in the next phase of Trump’s efforts to end the war, after the approval of 30 days stop for attacks on energy infrastructure.
Trump on Monday invented a new economic statecraft strategy, threatening that he termed oil from Venezuela on the countries that bought oil, to shut down their oil trade with other countries.
Confirmed threatening in an executive order by Trump stated that the country can withstand 25% tariffs on trade with the US if they buy oil and gas from Venezuela, already under heavy US sanctions. The move was to pressurize Venezuela for “thousands of high levels of tens, and other, criminals”, which Trump said that Venezuela sent the US.
