TN NEET UG Counseling 2025: Students who have qualified for the exam can now register for Round 3 till October 29, 2025.

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Chennai has revised the schedule of Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2025 Round 3 counseling for MBBS and BDS admissions. “The registration period for MBBS/BDS course Round 3 and Resignation Portal is being extended as AIQ counseling has been extended. The detailed schedule will be released soon,” the official notice said.
Students who have qualified for the exam can now register for Round 3 till October 29, 2025. Virtual vacancies will be processed and choice filling will begin at noon on October 30. The last date to fill and lock your choices is 1st November till 5 pm. The seat allotment process will be done on November 2, 2025.
As per the new schedule, the merit list will be published on November 3, 2025. Candidates can download their allotment order till 8th November, noon. Last reporting date is 8th November till 5 pm.
Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2025 counselling: Steps to register
step 1: Visit official website: tnmedicalselection.net
step 2: Click on ‘UG Courses’ tab and select ‘MBBS/BDS’
step 3: Select the desired quota and click on ‘Apply Online’
step 4: Complete the registration from the ‘New Registration’ link using all the required information
Step 5: Pay the Tamil Nadu NEET UG counseling fee and submit the form.
Step 6: Take a printout/screenshot of it for future reference
Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2025 Counselling: Documents Required
–– NEET UG Admit Card and Scorecard
––Marksheet of class 10 and 12
–– Transfer Certificate
— Community Certificate
––Birth Certificate
– Other relevant documents for specific quota (for example, NRI, minority status)
–– Certificate evidencing study from Class 6 to Class 12 for candidates who have studied entirely from Tamil Nadu
– Income certificate
To apply, candidates who are in government quota have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 500, while for management quota, they have to pay Rs 1000. This process is required for students seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses in both government and private medical colleges across Tamil Nadu.
