On Wednesday, December 17, the company’s shares touched a new record level for the second consecutive trading session. On Wednesday, the stock hit an upper circuit of 20 percent and reached the level of Rs 216.35. The IPO price of Meesho was Rs 111. That means IPO investors have received huge returns of 95 percent so far. The rally in this stock is going on for the last three days. Brokerage house UBS has given ‘BUY’ rating on Meesho share.

Meesho share target price
UBAC has given ‘BUY’ rating to Meesho share and has set its target price at Rs 230. The brokerage has said in its report that Meesho’s asset-light and negative working capital business model enables the company to generate positive cash flow. The brokerage expects Meesho’s net merchandise value (NMV) to grow at a CAGR of 30% between FY 2024-25 and FY 2029-30. According to the brokerage, this growth will come due to the sharp increase in the number of annually transacting users.
Strong hold on e-commerce market
Meesho was started in 2015 and has a strong hold on the Indian e-commerce market. The specialty of Meesho is its unique business model, which not only connects consumers and sellers, but also creates a large ecosystem for logistics partners and content creators. The company’s total income has increased to Rs 9,900.90 crore at a compound growth rate (CAGR) of about 30% annually.
However, fluctuations still continue on the profit front. The company had a net loss of Rs 1,671.90 crore in financial year 2023. In the financial year 2024, this loss reduced to only Rs 327.64 crore, but in the financial year 2025 it again increased to Rs 3,941.71 crore.
