Raviraj has come from West Champaran for Bihar Administrative Service.
Raviraj said that he was heartbroken due to continuous failures in life. He was having difficulty concentrating and was restless.
With the help of luck, success can be achieved to some extent, but hard work is required for success. However, luck does not always favor everyone. Many times, even after hard work, luck does not favor, which leads to disappointment and frustration. But at such times, one should be patient and keep trying. Such is the story of Raviraj, a youth from Purnia.
27-year-old Raviraj completed his graduation and started focusing on general competitive exams. His first goal was to clear the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) for which he worked very hard and took the exams, but unfortunately did not succeed. In an interview, Raviraj mentioned the importance of maintaining a balance between success and failure. He claimed that due to his small mistake, he “went into depression and did not take any interest in his studies”. It was only after getting the right kind of guidance that he was able to achieve success and is now busy motivating the youth.
In an interview with Local18, Raviraj revealed that he was heartbroken after facing continuous failures in life. He was finding it hard to concentrate and was restless. He also felt that all his friends were succeeding in life, except him. He kept thinking about his shortcomings and slowly “went into depression”. His parents – father Sushil Kumar Shah and mother Kiran Devi – along with his teacher, A.K. Mishra, who also runs a coaching class, motivated him and brought him back on the right track.
They became his support and encouraged him to keep working towards his goal. Later he got a good job. Though he was unable to clear his BPSC exam, he is now actively contributing to the Bihar Administrative Service (BAS) in West Champaran. He has become a beacon for the youth there. His constant failures are the stepping stones to his success. He inspires the youth to keep working hard and never forget their purpose. He urges the youth to learn from their failures and mistakes.
