A woman shares changes in simple diet, exercise and lifestyle that naturally helped her to reduce facial fat and achieve a slimmer, more sculpture form.
Many people struggle with a stubborn face who will not go away despite diet and exercise. In the Instagram Post on July 30, Anushka shared the routine of diet and exercise, which helped her get a slimmer, more sculpture face.
Breathe
When you breathe subconsciously from your mouth, it constantly pressures your jaw because your tongue rests on the floor of your mouth instead of the roof (which occurs while breathing nose). It can create a broad, broad form and distort your normal face anatomy.
Non-vegetarian foods to eat:
- Grilled chicken breast (at least 250-300 grams for satisfaction)
- Eggs (preferably white, but half yolk is acceptable)

- Raw carrot
- tender coconut
- Raw celery

- Nut: Almonds, Pistachio, Walnuts
- Sugar-free chewing gum (in moderation; sometimes can help)

- Pitta
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (turmeric)
- Half cucumber juice
- Mita a twig of neem (curry leaves)
