There is time and effort to lose the face and abdominal fat. Vinay suggested that you focus on changing permanent lifestyle rather than demanding quick reforms. In his caption, Vinay wrote: “If I had to lose face and abdominal fat again with scratches, it is what I focus …”

He said:

1. Track your food

If you are not tracking, you are probably overturning it without realizing it. Initially track your intake.

2. Shakti training at least 3 times a week

Muscle is your secret weapon for fat loss. Do not be afraid to be heavy and train continuously; This will completely change your size.

3. Prefer protein

Protein keeps you complete, supports your workouts, and helps you stay lean when leaving fat. Make it an important part of every meal.

4. Walk 10-15k steps per day

The walk is reduced, it burns fat, enhances mood, and keeps your energy active like acute workouts without active.

5. Cut alcohol, junk and liquid calories
