The scale is not always telling you the whole story. If you are constantly stepping and discouraged, this can happen because you are weighed yourself at the worst time,” he wrote.

1. Post-workout:

2. After a big meal:
After a big meal, it is natural to be completed. Of course, the number is going to be more. This does not mean that you have obtained fat, it means that you have food sitting in your stomach.
3. During your period or luteal phase:
Hormones are talking about themselves. Inflammation, inflammation and water retention are real in your luteal phase.
4. Just before bed:
Your body is moving throughout the day, eating and drinking. Of course, your weight is going to be more at night. That number does not mean anything.
5. After a high-postium or high-carb meal:
Both sodium and carbs hold on water and not fat. Therefore, if you step on the scale after salty or carb-beaded meals, it may increase, but it is just the weight of water.
When should you see your weight?
“Firstly, in the morning, after using the bathroom, completely naked. If you like to weigh once a week, do it on the same day every week, ideally midweek so you are not dealing since the weekend filled with additional snacks or behavior,” said the fitness coach.
