The dermatologist shared 10 tips to protect the skin from sweat, pollution and pimples: ‘Sunscreen 365 days in a year’

In an interview with HT lifestyle, Dr. Amisha Mahajan, cosmetic dermatologist and founder, Eden Skin Clinic shared some suggestions to protect your skin daily. 1. Face cleaning twice a day

The use of cleanser should be soft and have a balanced pH. Use it twice a day and if you sweat sweat, such as after workouts. After sweating or contact for environmental pollutants, cleaning will have to remove bacteria.

2. Regular and soft skin exfoliation

The pores of the skin should be practiced to open the pores of the skin once or twice with soft exfolients. Harsh scrub is not a large because they damage the protective barrier of the skin and provoke more acne.

3. Anti-polluting care
