Deepti shares her diet secrets for weight loss

“It (losing weight) was not easy,” she told the publication. There were days when I wanted to give up, but I reminded myself that every little step counts. Progress was slow but steady, and this is where the magic lies… I eliminated sugar, processed foods, and preservatives while adopting a gluten-free diet. Intermittent fasting for 16 hours a day, along with careful calorie tracking, became my mantra. My approach was based on balance, even allowing for the occasional cheat day.

Along with being diligent about eating right and keeping track of how many calories she is burning and consuming, the actor has also increased her workout routine.

“I incorporated aerial yoga, boxing and swimming into my regimen, emphasizing consistency over intensity,” he said. This diverse approach not only transformed my body, but also boosted my mental clarity and energy… What kept me going was the attitude of becoming the best version of myself – not just the appearance. But for my health and happiness.
