Sheffield University, UK has opened applications for MA International Development Courses that begin in September 2025. This course is for students who want to learn about stability through social and environmental justice, rural and urban development, and research -leading teaching and hand to educational approaches.
MA International Development will be cooperatively taught by the School of Geography and Planning, School of Sociological Studies, Politics and International Relations.

It offers students with theoretical and practical knowledge to make a career in development research and practice in public, private and third regions, a press statement informed.
It states that the course lies in the principles of interdisciplinary learning, disintegrating knowledge, combining theory with theory and practice.
In addition, students will also have flexibility to tailor the course for their own interests.
It focuses on a unique combination of academic excellence, tilated professional skill teaching, an alternative field class and a research-based dissertation (based on placement, research cooperation or independent research).
Students can also build a series of professional skills to do an individual piece of original research, and train in main research methods.
They can also opt for alternative international sector class that EIL helps them to engage with foreign development and community organizations through intensive week of activities.
Who is the character
Interested applicants should ensure that they meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 60% from a recognized university should have a bachelor’s degree of 3 or 4 years.
- Each component should have a minimum of 6.0 with a total IELTS grade of 6.5, or equivalent.
Application fee:
Foreign fees (2025 annual fees) are £ 27, 670.
Scholarship:
The Sheffield University studied international postgraduate scholarship to international students from selected areas including India to study a taught masters program in September 2025 in 2025.
According to the statement, the scholarship for courses in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and Social Sciences is £ 2,000.
There is no separate application for scholarship, if applicants meet eligibility and prize criteria.
Applicants should accept their proposal from Sheffield University before Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 4 pm (UK time) to receive this award.
