add ghee daily

According to Vaishnavi, adding ghee to your daily routine can work wonders. Mixing one spoon of ghee in warm water or milk and applying it provides lubrication and nourishment to the skin tissues from inside to outside. Because ghee is rich in healthy fats, it supports smooth, soft skin and prevents dryness and dullness that often occurs in winter.

Include sweet and moist fruits

She also recommends adding naturally sweet, moist fruits like dates, raisins and figs to your diet. These foods not only provide essential minerals and antioxidants but also enhance internal hydration. They help maintain your skin’s elasticity and natural glow by replenishing moisture at the cellular level.
