Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, RBSE, is taking all precautions to ensure the smooth conduct of the Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test (REET) 2024. Throwing light on the security arrangements, Board Secretary Kailash Chandra Sharma said that there will be adequate security arrangements during the examination. For example, the board will monitor sensitive and highly sensitive examination centers through CCTV and videography.
RBSE said that the examination to be conducted in two shifts on February 27, 2024, will also be monitored by special flying squads.
Candidates, on their part, must attach their updated photographs which should not be more than three months old, on the application form. The photographs will then be matched with the candidates on the day of examination at the allotted centres.

The board said that if any incident of impersonation comes to light, it will take strict action.
According to the information given by the board, a total of 29,308 applications were received till Wednesday evening. Of these, 1035 applicants have applied to appear for the examination at both the levels.
Earlier, the board had appealed to the candidates who have applied for the Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test 2024 Submit your application Fill the form only after thorough scrutiny stating that they will not be allowed to modify their responses later.
While applying candidates have to pay online application fee ₹550 each for level one and two. Those who want to apply for both the levels have to pay the fee 750.
The last date to apply for REET 2024 is January 15, 2025.
Meanwhile, Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar is scheduled to visit Ajmer on Thursday, December 19, 2024, where he will hold a review meeting with RBSE officials around 10 am at the board office.
