German automaker Porsche has launched its second all-electric car. macan, in India, and the EV will be offered in two variants: Macan 4 and Macan Turbo. However, only the Turbo version will be sold for now; Its price has been fixed 1.65 crore (ex-showroom) while the price of Macan 4 has not been revealed yet.
The Stuttgart-based manufacturer has opened bookings for the Macan Turbo, and its deliveries will begin in the second half of the year.

The e-SUV, based on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE), jointly developed by Porsche and Audi, takes inspiration from the Porsche car Taycan. Accordingly, the Macan gets four LED elements for the daytime running lamps, while the main headlamp setup now sits in the bumper.

The Porsche Macan 4 produces a maximum power of 402 bhp and a peak torque of 650 Nm, while the Porsche Macan Turbo generates a maximum power of 630 bhp and a peak torque of 1130 Nm. Their top speeds are 220 km/h and 260 km/h respectively, and a claimed WLTP range of 613 km and 591 km, in that order.
