Dr. Shikha Singh, a clinical nutritionist who often shares insight on fitness, revealed in the August 12 Instagram post as to why the skin could avoid this after weight loss.
Why does the skin relax after losing weight?
Dr. Singh attracted an interesting analogy to explain why the skin is relaxed. He took two balloons, one in a normal unholy state, and the other which he inflated and then left the whole wind.
