Are you struggling with counting your steps? Nutritionist Reet Kaur shares a 60-minute indoor routine to get 10,000 steps without leaving the house.
Getting your daily 10,000 steps doesn’t have to mean long walks outside or endless treadmill sessions. With a little planning and activeness, you can achieve your goal sitting at home. Nutritionist and weight loss expert Reet Kaur shared a simple routine to complete 10k steps in just 60 minutes in her November 3 Instagram post.
“To walk 10,000 steps an hour at home, you’ll need to average about 167 steps per minute,” says Reet Kaur. “That may seem like a lot, but with the right combination of exercise and short breaks, you can make it fun and doable.” (Also read: Cardiologist with 31 years of experience shares ‘the fastest way to lose visceral belly fat’ without crash dieting ,
