Patna, 2 August (PTI) Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday slammed Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to claim to “evidence’s nuclear bomb”, which would prove that the Election Commission was “stealing votes” in Bihar.

Singh said, “Under the leadership of Nitish Kumar, Bihar is no longer seen as a basket case. Even an internationally reputed magazine like an economist, who once condemned the state as next to India, is now focusing on its change”, Singh said.
