As per the notification published by the National Medical Commission, it says, “After its establishment, the medical college or medical institution, satisfying the conditions provided under the MSR notified by the UGMEB or PGMEB, shall submit an annual disclosure report to the concerned board. All medical colleges and institutions offering postgraduate (PG) medical courses are required to submit an annual disclosure report for each PG course conducted by them. This report is an important component of maintaining transparency and compliance with educational standards.
The Annual Disclosure Report is divided into two sections, each section focusing on different aspects of Medicare programs:
– Standard Assessment Form Part-A (Common Institutional Information for all PG specialties)
– Standard Assessment Form Part-B (Broad/Super Specialty).
Annual Declaration Report for Post Graduate (PG) Medical Courses should be submitted online through the specified link available on the homepage. The forms are available on NMC website nmc.org.in.
All medical colleges and institutions offering Post Graduate (PG) medical courses are directed to complete the required forms and submit them along with the required fee of Rs. Rs.50,000 plus 18 percent GST for each PG course. This should be done through the designated NMC portal, which will remain open till October 31, 2024. Institutions are strongly urged to ensure that their Annual Declaration Report is submitted by this deadline, i.e. before October 31, 2024.
