Hyderabad Bus Ticket on WhatsApp: TGSRTC has launched WhatsApp ticket booking facility for Pushpak buses in Hyderabad. Passengers can now book tickets from mobile, so that long queues will be avoided.

Later it will also be extended on other routes. Passengers can book tickets on WhatsApp by joining the official number of TGSRTC.
Passengers will have to message on WhatsApp official number of TGSRTC. After this, the chatbot will ask for information about the journey date, location and time. Then passengers will be able to pay with UPI, debit card or credit card. After completion of payment, the QR code of the ticket will be sent to the passenger’s WhatsApp. This QR code will have to be shown to the bus driver or conductor during the journey.

TGSRTC has already provided the facility of digital payment through intelligent ticketing machines in many buses. Also, online ticketing facility is already available through his official website and mobile app. Now passengers will get more facilities from the start of WhatsApp ticketing.
