NEET PG Counseling 2025 Round 2: To reserve seats, selected candidates will have to report at the designated colleges and pay the admission fee between December 17 and 25.

The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) had started the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2025 counseling process for Round 2 on December 5. The choice filling process started on 6 December and was scheduled to end on 9 December. However, now it has been extended till December 14. The choice locking process, which started today, December 13, will also end tomorrow.
The seat allotment process will take place between December 15 and 16, the results of which will be declared on December 16. To reserve seats, selected candidates will have to report at the designated colleges and pay the admission fee between December 17 and 25. The verification process of the appearing candidates will be completed by the institutes on 26th December.

A total of 26,889 candidates, including 466 non-resident Indians (NRIs), were allotted seats in the first round of counselling. MCC conducts four rounds of All India Quota (AIQ) counseling for NEET PG candidates, which include Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up Round and Stray Vacancy Round.
Candidates seeking admission to 50 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats in MD, MS and PG diploma courses in various government and private institutions as well as 100 per cent seats in deemed and central universities can apply on the official website after the link is activated.
