Mercedes-Benz India has introduced a limited-production version of its major electric sedan, EQS 580 4Matic ‘Celebration Edition’. 1.30 crore, pre-showroom. It comes only in 50 units and is a sign of growing popularity of EQS series in India and increasing stake of marks in luxury battery electric vehicles (BEV) location.

EQS 580 ‘Celebration Edition’ features the MBUX Augmented Reality Navigation System of Mercedes-Benz, which superimpates real-time camera images with navigation data to provide more statusable awareness. Additionally, increasing the comfort of the passengers, it features energetic comfort package designed to increase the overall welfare on travel.
The major additions for the version are a rear seat comfort package, a chofer package that allows electronic seat adjustment from the rear, full Nappa leather trim, dual-operator headlamps with adaptive lighting, and AR navigation functionality with syntheators Ambucks Hyperscreen Ecquall with AR navigation functionality.

EQS 580 is operated by two electric motors with 4Matic all-wheel drive support. While the accurate performance glasses for the festive version are similar, it still provides a certified range of more than 800 km (ARAI) in any electric vehicle in India.
