According to reports, Preeti Choksi, wife of Mehul Choksi, is a citizen of Belgium, and he played an important role in getting her citizenship there. Choksi allegedly submitted incorrect and fake documents to get this residency, including false claims and fake declarations. Not only this, he also hid his Indian and Antigua’s citizenship.

Now it has to be seen whether the Belgian government takes action on the request of Indian agencies, or Mehul Choksi succeeds in going to Switzerland. At the moment, the path of his return to India seems to be difficult.
