Madhuri Dixit has revealed that her sons Arin and Ryan usually do not watch her films. Yet, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 breaks this pattern. Madhuri revealed
In an interview given to AyraNews24x7 Shosha, Madhuri talked about her children. His sons Arin and Ryan are living in the US for their studies, while their parents have relocated to India.
“He went to a theater in America with all his friends. He thought the film was very funny and he enjoyed watching it. They loved me like a ghost. So, I can say that I have his approval for this film,” Madhuri said.
He added, “They are curious. Sometimes, they watch some scenes and say to me, ‘When did you do this film?’ He recently watched the video of K Sera Sera and told me I was really good at it. That’s how they sometimes watch some of my clips. Because how can I tell them to sit and watch my films? I find it very strange to have them do this and it’s not going to happen. I’ll let them figure it all out with their friends”.
In another interview with PTI, Madhuri, while talking about the film, said, “When I heard the script, I liked my role because it gave me something different to do. I have never played a role in this style of filmmaking like horror comedy. I thought it would be something different for me. There was Vidya, Kartik (Aryan) and a whole gang of brilliant actors, so I said, ‘I’ll do it.’

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is the third installment of the horror comedy franchise started by Priyadarshan in 2007. Akshay Kumar played the lead role of a ghostbuster in the blockbuster. However, Kartik Aryan played the lead role as Rooh Baba in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, another blockbuster releasing in 2022. Vidya Balan, who played the role of Manjulika in the first part, reprized her iconic role in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 after 17 years.
Directed by Anees Bazmee, the film also stars Madhuri Dixit and Trupti Dimri. The film was released on November 1, clashing with Ajay Devgan’s Singham Again. It did good business at the box office and had peak collections worldwide. 300 million.
