Actually, according to the Adivasi Tribe Protection Act 1956, this island is prohibited for tourists. The population of Sentinelese tribe here is between 50 to 150.
2. Aksai Chin, Ladakh – A trip to Ladakh with a group of friends on a bike in summer is included in everyone’s bucket list. But Aksai Chin is that part of Ladakh in Jammu and Kashmir which has been occupied by China. This area is adorned with ancient salt lakes, valleys, salt plains and picturesque views of the Karakash River. But Indians cannot go here.
3. Upper part of Pangong Tso, Ladakh – China has captured another very beautiful place from India. Pangong Tso is a famous tourist destination of India but Indians cannot go to its upper part now. In fact, 50 percent of this lake is under the control of China.
4. Barne Island, Andaman – India is a naturally rich country, where you will find natural beauty of every kind in every season. Do you know that India also has a volcanic island? Barren Island is the only confirmed volcano in India. You can see it from a distance from the ship, but you cannot go to this island.
5. Cholamu Lake, Sikkim – Sikkim is a beautiful state situated in the east of India. This lake, popularly known as Cholamu Lake or Tso Lhamo Lake, is one of the highest lakes in the world. But common people are prohibited from going here too.
