KEAM exam is conducted every year for admission to various UG courses in the institutes of Kerala
The Kerala Entrance Examination Commissioner (CEE) has extended the deadline to raise objections to the Kerala Engineering, Architecture and Medical Entrance Examination (KEAM) 2024 provisional answer key for engineering and pharmacy till today, June 15. Earlier, the last date to challenge the answer key was June 13.
The objection facility is available only in offline mode. This means that the KEAM 2024 answer key objection must be submitted via post or in person to the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala. Candidates must submit their challenge along with supporting documents with a fee of Rs 100 per question.
The board had earlier said in its official statement, “Complaints regarding the answer key, if any, may be sent to the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations along with supporting documents and fee at the rate of Rs. 100 per question through DD in favour of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram, by post or by hand and delivered to the office on or before 13th June, 5.00 pm.”

The KEAM exam is conducted every year for admission to various UG courses offered in institutes in Kerala that are approved by the central and state regulatory bodies, universities, and the government. This year, the KEAM exam was conducted from June 5 to June 10 in CBT mode with a time duration of 180 minutes.
There were 150 questions in the exam, out of which 75 were from Mathematics, 45 from Physics and 30 from Chemistry.
The exam for students applying for the BPharma course consisted of 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry, which were to be answered in 90 minutes.
The provisional answer key will help the candidate to calculate their probable KEAM 2024 score.
KEAM 2024: Marking Scheme
–– Four marks will be given for each correct answer.
–– 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong attempt.
–– No marks will be deducted for not answering the question.
The KEAM 2024 exam result is expected to be released on June 20. Also, CEE Kerala has invited fresh applications for admission to BArc and Medical, Medical allied courses (including MBBS and BDS) from candidates who have not submitted applications under KEAM 2024.
While, those who have already submitted applications for any course under KEAM 2024 can add additional courses like architecture or medical and allied courses. The last date to apply for BArch or other additional courses is June 19.
