In the Instagram Post on 11 August, celebrity fitness coach Mahesh shared a glimpse of Kareena’s latest workout routine, making fans a glimpse of hard work that she sees and feels the best.

Clothes in a gray sleeveless crop top and black tights, Kareena had powers through a series of exercises at home. Let’s take a close look at her workout routine.

Kareena performs leg rotation to attach her core and improve hip flexibility. This movement helps strengthen the abdominal muscles and increase the dynamics of the overall lower body.

She raises legs to target her lower abs and build core strength. This practice also helps to tone the thighs and improve stability.

Kareena included Katelbel Swing to work on her hips, glutes and hamstrings. It is a powerful complete-body movement that also increases heart endurance.

He ends with a crunch to focus on his upper abdominal muscles, which helps to define and strengthen his core.

Celebrity Nutritionist Ruzuta Divcar’s Book Launch event, Kareena Kapoor opened about her diet and fitness routine. Kareena shared, “Strengthening training, little walk, doing Surya Namskar, and doing her little workouts instead of relying on skin treatment or botox,” Kareena shared.
