Now, in an Instagram post from 22 March, actor Jyotica has thanked Vidya for introducing Vidya to a team of nutritionists and fitness experts, who eventually kicks the journey of her own weight loss. Jyotika opens about her weight loss trip
In his caption, Jyotica wrote with his trainer and Chennai -based nutrition group, Amura Health’s team, “Thank you, Amura, to lose 9 kg in just 3 months and help me to find me again! All you are magical!”

‘I learned about my intestine, inflammatory foods’
The actor shared the details of his weight loss trip in his post, which said: “To start, a big thanks to actor Vidya Balan for introducing Amura’s magical team through his interview. Weight management has always been a struggle for me; heavy workouts, endless diets, and infinite hypocrisy did not ultimately helped to pierce additional kilos.”
And how did he really reduce excess weight? Jyoti shared, “I learned about my intestine, digestion, inflammatory foods and food balance. Even more importantly, I influenced the feeling of positivity and understood its effect on my goodness and mood. As a result, I feel very energetic and confident as a person today.”
‘A healthy life is about balance’
Jyotica reflected on how weight training was particularly important for women’s health and she thanked her trainer. He further said, “A healthy life is about balance; while weight loss and diet are important, strength cannot take a backseat. Weight training is the key to an independent future, especially for women. I cannot thank my trainer Mahesh that I am sufficiently important to teach that the strength is equally important and proving that we should fix the number of our within.
The actor concluded, “Understanding my body and its functioning and mixing exercises with it has a maximum effect on my experience.”
When Vidya Balan talked about weight loss
Vidya Balan lost hard weight last year through her diet and ‘no exercise’ routine. In an October 2024 interview with Galata India, the actor opened his body image after all discussions around his recent weight loss.
