Julia Fox, known for her unconventional style and attractive looks, was recently seen walking her pet dog Saint Bernard in New York City. While it’s unusual for the general public to wear a makeup look inspired by a black metal band, Fox wore casual corpse paint while strolling outside.

For this non-casual outing, the 34-year-old actress wore a sleek black blazer, a white collared shirt and a pleated skirt with silver chains and zippers. She completed her goth era-inspired look with high platform heels. The Uncut Gems star made sure her pet dog also looked in style as he wore a spiked collar, which was in keeping with Fox’s theme for the day.
The standout element was not the fit itself, but the corpse paint makeup, which included a white base with black lipstick and intricate barbed wire designs around her lips and her long blonde hair left open. Makeup artist Colby Smith used Elf Cosmetics’ Liquid Death partnership to create the makeup look, taking cues from ’80s glam rock bands like KISS.
The No Sudden Move star, known for her iconic makeup looks, has evolved with time, often offering bold and experimental looks. Fox also posted a close-up of her look on Instagram, captioning it, “This is my interpretation of the final boss of *Weird Barbies*.” Celebrities like SZA, Paris Hilton, and Lisa Rinna praised the look, with Hilton showing love with a simple black heart, Rinna commenting, “Wowzza,” and SZA calling her “hotttt.”
She never ceases to impress with her edgy looks, which was evident during her fashion debut at the Mugler Fall 2024 show in Paris earlier this month. The transparent catsuit she wore had small sequins on it, giving her the appearance of reptilian skin.
