IIT Delhi MTECH andMission 2025: Candidates can apply for MTECH programs at home.
IIT Delhi is accepting MTECH application for 2025 till 7 April.
IIT Delhi MTECH Admission 2025: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has officially initiated the application process for its MTECH programs for the academic year 2025. Interested candidates can now submit their applications through the official website of IIT Delhi. The online application submission has started on March 22, 2025 at 12:00 pm, and the last date to apply is till 4:00 pm on April 7, 2025.
Candidates applying for a full -time MTECH program with a valid gate score should also register on the general proposal approval portal (COAP) and mention their COAP registration number in the application.

Last date for submission of application: April 7, 2025 (4:00 pm)
Operations of written tests/interviews: 14 May – 16 June, 2025
Excellence for new PG students: July 19, 2025
Registration for new PG students: July 19 – 20 July, 2025
Classes begin: July 24, 2025
IIT Delhi MTECT Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed B.Tech. Or M.S. Degree IIT in a relevant discipline is eligible to apply for MTECH programs in Delhi. The minimum eligibility for General/OBC candidates is 60% marks or 6.00 CGPA which is on a 10-point scale in their qualification degree. For SC/ST/PWD candidates, the required minimum marks relax for 55% or 5.50 CGPA. Candidates also need a valid gate score to apply for admission to MTech admission program.
Candidates can mention the gate score cut-off for admission to non-proposed full-time M.Tech. The previous academic year programs, which are available in the official bulletin. However, it is important to note that the mention of the cut-off is related to the academic year 2024-25 and is provided only for reference. The cut-offs for this year can vary greatly.
