The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced that the results of CA final, intermediate and foundation examinations held in May 2025 will be declared on July 6, 2025.
According to the official notice of ICAI, the results of the CA final and intermediate examination will be available till 2 pm, while the results of the CA Foundation will be released later on the same day, around 5 pm.

2. Click on the ‘CA Results 2025’ link available on the homepage.
3. A new window will open – your registration will enter number, roll number and PIN.
4. Enter the captcha code shown on the screen.
5. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
6. Your CA result will appear on the 2025 screen.
7. Download and save a copy for future reference or printing.
ICAI CA Passing Marx
To pass the CA Foundation Examination, candidates are required to secure minimum 40 marks in each subject and at least 50% in total.
Candidates who score a total of 70% or more will be awarded the “pass” status.
The CA Foundation Examination for the May 2025 season was held on 15 May, 17, 19 and 21. The admit cards for these examinations were first released on 25 April.
For May 2025 CA Foundation Exams, papers 1 and 2 were held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm to 15 minutes reading time from 1:45 pm to 2:00 pm. Meanwhile, the papers took place from 3 and 4 in the afternoon from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, in which no advance reading time was provided.
