Gupta ji says that when he started the shop, he himself grinded spices in his house. Even today, he is following the same tradition. This specialty of spices makes their samosas different.
Potato stuffing or spices such as celery, mint, green peas, mango, asafetida – the steep spices of the house – everything is prepared with such balance that once he eats, he definitely returns again.
The popularity of this shop can be gauged from the fact that people especially come here from Rampur city to eat samosas. Not only this, people coming from outside also take samosas pack from here.
Local people say that the scent of samosas here is so different that it comes from a distance.
The shop may not be too big, but the name of Samosas has now reached far and wide. People prefer to get samosas from marriage, festival or any special occasion, especially from here.
Gupta ji’s hand -made desi samosas remind people of old -fashioned people. This is the reason that even after 40 years, the crowd of people at this shop does not decrease.
