To integrate innovation and practicality in education, the Uttar Pradesh government has launched a new initiative under the ‘Learning Boying’ program, which aims to make teachers more experimental and technically efficient, PTI said. Under Samagra Shikha Abhiyan and PM Shri Yojana, teachers of selected science and mathematics, technical instructors, diet master instructors, and Kasturba Gandhi Ballika Vidyalayala (KGBV) teachers will receive special training.
This residential training program organized at the feet will be held at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute and Deen Dayal Upadhyay State Rural Development Institute in Lucknow. Primary goal teachers are to help students adopt modern teaching functions to make class learning more effective, attractive and impressive. With technical guidance from UNICEF and Star Forum-Vigyan Ashram, the training session will begin on August 5, 2025, and will continue in stages until March 18, 2026, which will include participants in four categories.

This initiative will not only enhance the teaching skills of teachers, but will also provide students with logical and attractive learning experiences. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, this initiative is an important step to improve the quality of education through strong teachers.”
To simplify and simplify the teaching of science and mathematics, more experienced, special focus will be focused on learning by modeling. As part of it, two science subject lecturers in each district will have to undergo a 4-day TOT (training of trainers). Additionally, in 2024–25, 2,274 selected schools will receive two-day special training for science and mathematics teachers and technical trainers. In 2025-26, science and mathematics teachers from 3,288 newly selected schools (including KGBV) will have to undergo 3-day training. The District Coordinator (Community Partnership) will also receive a 2- or 3-day training session to increase school-social engagement.
A total of 76 diet faculty members will work as master trainers. About 2,074 science/mathematics teachers and technical instructors of 2,274 selected schools will participate, along with 3,288 newly selected schools (including KGBV) with about 1,888 participants. KGBV teachers will also be included in the 2025-26 training phase.
