Sharing the recipe for a healthy date bars, he wrote in his caption, “These no-bock dates are suited to the intestine and liver. The dates offer prebiotic fibers to fuel your intestine bacteria, while almonds, pistachios, and dark chocolate offer antioxidants and healthy fats that support liver function.

Dr. Salhab said that you should store them in the fridge and take them out when they are ready to eat, as they shared the recipe. These no-bock dates can be a nutritious snack or sweet option as nuts and dark chocolates provide healthy fats that support liver function and overall well-being, while dates are a great source of fiber, which can help fuel good intestine bacteria and support a healthy intestine microbiom.

Material for healthy date bars

• ~ 14 Medjool date

• Cup cup of your favorite walnut butter

• 2 handfuls of almonds

• 1 handful of pistachios

(Or your favorite tree nuts)

• 250g Vegetarian Chocolate to melt (preferably dark chocolate 70%+)

How do you make a healthy date bar?

1. Remove pits from dates.

2. Line a baking tin with parchment paper and press the dates in a flat base.

3. Spread your walnut butter equally in dates.

4. Top with almonds and pistachios (or other nuts).

5. Melt the chocolate and put it on top, spread it easily.

6. Chill till 40 minutes or set in the fridge.

7. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
