California -based internal medical doctor and gastroenterologist Dr. Saurabh Seth, who often posted nutrition and digestive health tips on his Instagram, recently, on 5 June, shared three herbs that he consumes good intestine health as a GI doctor.

Here are three things that doctors eat for their intestine:

1. Turmeric + Curd + Black Pepper

Turmeric is a kitchen found in almost every house. And, of course, black pepper is on the food table at home. But do you know that these two can promote your favorite probiotics a well -qualified nutrition?

Dr. Sethi said, “My evening curd turmeric. Turmeric contains curcumin, which is shown to reduce intestinal inflammation. Be sure to pour a little black pepper for proper absorption.”

2. Ginger in evening tea

Do your evening tea work overtime by adding ginger, which performs miracles not only for swelling but also for overall intestine health.

Dr. Sethi explained in detail on the benefits and said, “My evening tea has anti-inflammatory properties in ginger-ginger and they can also help with nausea.”

3. Unheard fennel seeds

Dr. Sethi called one of the three unsculfed fennel seeds due to amazing benefits for digestion. He takes untouched fennel seeds after dinner.

He said, “fennel seeds contain anethol, which can relax muscles in GI tract and relieve blotting and gas.”
